By accessing or using the Everhuman website and services operated by Syndicate AI LLC (“Everhuman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Everhuman provides an online telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed medical providers for evaluation and, where clinically appropriate, prescription of compounded Sermorelin peptide therapy. Everhuman is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications directly. All clinical decisions are made solely by licensed, independent medical providers.
3. Medical Provider
Our clinical providers are Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, located at 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121. They can be contacted at medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com.
4. Pharmacy Partner
Prescriptions, when issued by a licensed provider, are fulfilled by VialsRx / Believe RX, Texas State Board of Pharmacy License #35264, 16402 FM 2920 Building E, Tomball, TX 77377, Phone: (713) 497-5510. VialsRx / Believe RX is a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Availability may vary by state, medication type, and pharmacy licensing requirements. All prescriptions are issued only after review by a licensed medical provider and fulfilled pursuant to a valid patient-specific prescription.
5. State Availability
Everhuman currently offers telehealth services to eligible adults in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Medication availability may vary by state based on provider licensure, pharmacy licensing, and applicable state telehealth requirements.
6. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
7. Telehealth Consent
By proceeding with a consultation, you consent to receiving telehealth services from licensed providers affiliated with Everhuman. Telehealth services involve the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a licensed provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. 8. Not Medical Advice
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All treatment decisions are made by licensed providers based on individual patient evaluation. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Everhuman subscription at any time before your next billing cycle with no cancellation fees. To cancel, message your licensed provider through the patient portal or contact our support team at hello@everhumanlabs.com.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds for medications already compounded and shipped are not available, as compounded medications are prepared specifically for each individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a provider review has been initiated. If you have questions about your subscription or billing, please contact us before your next billing date at hello@everhumanlabs.com.
11. FDA Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality by the FDA. All Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) peptides require a prescription and online provider consultation.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Syndicate AI LLC d/b/a Everhuman and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
