Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your patient portal or contact us directly at hello@everhumanlabs.com .

Cancellations must be requested before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Please note that canceling your treatment plan in the portal will not cancel any active orders that have already been processed or shipped by the pharmacy.

Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns for reuse or resale.

Once a prescription order has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of all medications dispensed through our pharmacy network and to comply with applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Prescription Errors

If you believe there has been an error in the filling of your prescription — including receiving the wrong medication, incorrect dosage, or a damaged product — please contact us as soon as possible:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
