SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your opt-in to receive text message communications from Syndicate AI LLC d/b/a Everhuman (“Everhuman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.
1. Program Description
By opting in to Everhuman’s SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Everhuman related to:
Appointment reminders and care updates
Order and shipping notifications
Health and wellness information related to your treatment
Account and billing notifications
Promotional offers and updates (only if separately opted in)
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Everhuman by:
Providing your mobile phone number during the intake or registration process and checking the SMS consent box
Texting a designated keyword to our short code (if applicable)
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month related to your care and account. Promotional messages are sent separately and only with your explicit consent.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for receiving text messages. Everhuman is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
Contacting us at hello@everhumanlabs.com and requesting removal from our SMS list
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
6. Help
For help, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at hello@everhumanlabs.com.
7. Supported Carriers
Everhuman’s SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary.
8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any information collected in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Changes to SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
